Shipping

We offer free shipping insurance for all orders so you do not need to worry about lost packages. Shipping insurance applies to international orders as well. If you do not receive your order within one month or the tracking information has not been updated for more than 15 days. We can send you another package for free.

Most orders received will be shipped in 1-4 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. An email with tracking information will be sent to you after the order is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, except by prior arrangements. Buyer pays for shipping fee if required at checkout. Orders will be shipped either from our office in the US or Asia, depending on availability. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by HonsVR or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

USPS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS shipments do not offer guaranteed delivery transit times. Occasionally they misroute shipments. Any shipment listed as being misrouted or marked as return to sender in error will not be re-shipped until the package arrives at HonsVR’s headquarter.

In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 5 business days.
