Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses, returns and refunds are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The lenses received are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
  • The prescription provided was not accurately followed by us.
  • Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the reason for return, and clear photographic evidence if applicable.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned lenses, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds (minus the applicable restocking fee, if any) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges and Replacements

If your lenses qualify for return due to defects or errors on our part, we will gladly replace them at no additional charge. Please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
