We recommend using the distance prescription ,as objects and people seen in the headsets are seen from a distance. For example, the focal distance of Oculus Quest 2 is 1.3 meters or 4 feet.
Yes, however we only need the distance part of the prescription. The objects and people seen in the headsets are seen from a distance. For example, the focal distance of Oculus Quest 2 is 1.3 meters or 4 feet. Therefore we only need the distance part of the prescription to make the lenses. Please ignore the ADD values on the prescription.

PD is optional if your headset supports PD adjustment. If you want to measure PD by yourself, you can use some apps on mobile phones to do the measurement. We recommend using the app GlassesOn.

If your Axis begins with a 0, omit the leading 0. For instance, for an Axis value of 017, select 17 from the dropdown. For a value of 008, choose 8.

We do not accept HSA / FSA cards directly. However, you can send a reimbursement request to them with our receipt in the email . Typically, they will reimburse you in 48 hours.

Please allow 1-4 business days for us to make the lenses. Some lenses with special prescriptions will take a bit longer. We will notify you if the lenses take longer than 5 business days to ship.
